About Kim

A quick glance at my life will show the casual observer that I am a mother of four children, two boys and two girls, who was brought up in a small Kentucky town, who married her high school sweetheart and had dreams of having a big family.  And honestly, a closer glance reveals just how meaningful and character building these events were. These major life events, including the day I gave my heart to Jesus, molded me into who I am today.  I am a mother, a wife, and an entrepreneur among many other things.  I do my best to take care of family, to live healthier, and to be a good friend, but most of all, I live to serve others and preserve memories.

Whether your needs are abundant or limited, deciding which doula will best suit your birth desires is not a decision you or your birth partner should take lightly.  For this reason, I encourage you to interview multiple doulas, just as you would interview obstetricians or midwives.  However, I would consider the invitation to be a part of your baby's birth to be an honor and it would be received with sincerity and a sense of humility.
